Arezzo Padel Club

Moving

Arezzo Padel Club was conceived as an identity space before being a sports venue. A place where architecture and brand coincide. The project is organised around luminous volumes clad in polycarbonate: a clear, recognisable mark that defines the rhythm of the space. Yellow — a direct reference to the padel ball — becomes a visual guide and compositional matrix, contrasting with black surfaces that amplify depth and reflections. The entrance is designed as a scenic filter with a backlit stretch ceiling that diffuses light throughout the space. In the reception area, mirror-effect curtains introduce a more dynamic and theatrical dimension. The circular curtain placed in the corner becomes both a sculptural element and a technical device: a flexible space that transforms into a changing room, integrating function and architectural gesture. The reception, bar and lounge area follow one another in a linear sequence, accompanied by light cuts that emphasise the verticality of the existing industrial shell. The courts area introduces a material variation: carpet marks the transition to the playing dimension, maintaining chromatic continuity and formal coherence. In the changing rooms, the atmosphere shifts tone. Neutral, warm colours replace the bold contrast of the common areas, creating a more intimate and measured space, where continuous resin and custom furniture ensure order and functionality. A project that transforms a sports facility into a spatial experience, where light, colour and material build a clear, contemporary identity.
