Designing a space that didn't exist before

is one of the most compelling challenges for an architect. Giving shape to a place that becomes both container and content means leaving an indelible mark on the territory, and for this reason it requires awareness and responsibility.

Every project begins with a line. It is a trace that holds together landscape and community, history and contemporary needs, context and client. Our role is to listen, understand and translate these elements into a unified language, capable of guiding the entire design process.

Design approach

Every project — from the smallest to the largest — is for us an opportunity to express what the studio promotes. The constant collaboration with the client, founded on listening and dialogue, guides us throughout the design process and allows us to shape a proposal that fully reflects the client's needs, always supported by the studio's professional expertise and experience.

The design of a space begins with identifying needs and interpreting places. It is the start of an articulated journey, composed of many nuances, sometimes less visible but equally decisive. The coordination of professionals and craftspeople, together with the management of bureaucratic phases, carries the same weight as the definition of the project itself. Managing these aspects, for us, is an integral part of the entire construction process.

We can manage for you:

  • Building permits
  • Building surveys
  • Landscape authorisations
  • Land registry updates
  • Heritage authority clearance
  • Civil engineering authorisation
Permit management and coordination

Frequently asked questions

Design ideas and the concept always emerge from shared work, drawing on the contribution of the entire studio, so as to express a broad and coherent vision of our approach to architecture. Once the design direction is defined, a single point of contact is assigned to accompany the client through every phase, ensuring continuity, oversight and clarity in subsequent stages.

This is the question we are asked most often, and also the one most difficult to answer precisely. Not because the construction timeline cannot be estimated, but because the variables involved are numerous: from the scale of the intervention to the organisation of the works. We can, however, say with certainty that thorough design and careful planning have a decisive impact on reducing timelines. The preliminary phase carries as much weight as the construction phase: starting early does not necessarily mean finishing sooner. For a new project, we are able to deliver the initial concept within approximately 60 days.

There is no universally applicable price list. The cost is determined by evaluating various factors, including the scale of the intervention, the degree of complexity and the level of detail required. Each commission is unique; for this reason, we always encourage you to contact us to receive a proposal tailored to your actual needs. For new architecture projects, prices start from 15,000–20,000 euros.

Our approach to design and construction is based on maximum collaboration. We can assist the client in identifying suitable professionals and contractors, but we are equally open to integrating trusted figures already chosen by the client into the process.
